The ground rules for using Exist Forever. Last updated August 2026.
Exist Forever lets you create an account, shape a specialized agent profile, capture stories, and invite others via private links to read shared stories and leave messages. Features may change as the project grows. Live agent chat may arrive later; until then, marketing and in-app copy that mentions conversation describes the product direction, not a guarantee of availability on every page today.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information you have the right to share. If you invite someone, you are responsible for choosing who receives a link and for revoking access when it should end.
Do not use Exist Forever to harass, impersonate others without permission, distribute malware, attempt to break into accounts or bypass rate limits, scrape the service abusively, or upload content you are not allowed to share. We may suspend or remove accounts that harm the service or other people.
You keep ownership of the stories and profile text you submit. You grant us permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing shared stories on a presence page you authorize). Do not submit others' private information without a lawful basis to do so.
An agent reflects material you provide. It is not a legal person, medical advisor, or guaranteed replica of your voice, beliefs, or decisions. We make no warranty that an agent will answer accurately, completely, or in a way that matches how you would have responded in life.
We aim for a reliable site but do not promise uninterrupted access. Self-hosted deployments are operated by whoever runs them; this hosted site may be updated, paused, or migrated with reasonable notice when possible.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Exist Forever and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on agent or story content. The service is provided as-is.
